"RostBiznes" company provides consulting services on strategic development, business process optimization, and small business scaling. The services are informational and advisory in nature and do not guarantee specific financial results.
The Client undertakes to provide accurate information for analysis. The Company undertakes to provide services in accordance with the stated qualifications, maintaining the confidentiality of the Client's commercial information, unless otherwise provided by law.
The Company is not liable for losses arising from decisions made by the Client based on consultations. All recommendations are for informational purposes only. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
Payment for services is made according to the selected tariff. A refund is possible within 14 days from the date of payment if the services have not been rendered. In case of partial service provision, the refund is calculated proportionally.
The Company reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement. The current version is always published on the website. Use of services after changes implies acceptance of them. Either party may terminate the use of services by notifying the other party.
